First Step:

At Ideally You, your weight loss and health goals are our goals, and we’re here to help you achieve and maintain them. It all starts with a Free Consultation where you will meet in our office with a certified coach to see if the program is the right fit for you.

We offer a variety of programs to help anyone achieve their goals and have helped clients lose anywhere from 10 to well over 100 pounds while improving their Type 2 Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, PCOS or high blood pressure.

Because clients see a rapid improvement in their health, we work closely with your doctor, so they can ensure you are on the proper medications as you lose weight and regain your health.

STAGE 1 - SHIFT

It all starts with a Shift. During the Shift stage, you'll not only Shift your weight, but Shift the way you think about food as well.

With our perfect combination of world-class coaching and Shift meal program, you'll launch your body into fat burning mode.

STAGE 2 -  SET
 

Once you've completed your Shift and achieved your weight loss goals, it's time to Set! 

The Set stage helps you stabilize the healthy new habits you developed during your Shift by slowly removing Shift meals and replacing them with whole foods. 

STAGE 3 - GO

ShiftSetGo has developed the best maintenance program in the industry.

You'll continue to see your coach twice a month for the Balance Year, and monthly for life to help maintain those healthy habits so you can GO try new recipes, GO try new activities, and GO take on that life you were meant to live!
