This is the first diet program that I have tried. I found it easy to follow and I received great support and encouragement from my coach (Cindi), the positivity and the “YOU CAN DO THIS” was extremely helpful.
At my weekly weigh ins, I would get lots of ideas on what to cook for the week. The printed recipes were very helpful, with working 12 hour shifts.
I found ways to satisfy any cravings I had, and was never hungry.
I accomplished the weight I wanted to loose. I’m very pleased with the outcome and I feel great.
I would and have recommended this diet to other people.
