I started ideally you after months of trying to lose weight and feeling discouraged. I saw the great success that a couple friends of mine had on ideal protein diet. My goal wasn’t huge (25 lb). Week one was a little tough but I stuck to it. On my first weigh-in, I was down 11 pounds. I was shocked and excited which made week 2 easier. In five weeks I was down 29.8 lbs and 9.5 inches. At week 6 I went to phase 4 with a total of 35.6 lbs and 12.75 inches. The only tough part is getting used to wearing a belt. Thanks Cindi!!
