As I am getting closer to retirement age, I knew I had to change my eating habits so I could enjoy a healthier lifestyle down the road.
A friend of mine was very successful on the Ideal Protein diet plan. I watched as the pounds seem to effortlessly slip away - I was so inspired!!
The food on this diet was very good and I never felt hungry. I learned how versatile the food products can be to create delicious meals and treats.
The key, or course goes into planning and food prep - what surprised me was how simple the program was: you get a ‘rule’ (protocol) sheet and a shopping list and as long as you use it, and drink plenty of water, it will work!
It’s exciting to be able to wear smaller clothes that fit my frame and it’s unbelievable how much energy I have! I am enjoying Zumba again and I can practically jog up 3 flights of stairs!
The new healthy me is so very grateful for the wonderful support and encouragement I received during my weigh-ins and to Ideal Protein!!!!
