Ideal Protein has been evolving for over 20 years. Our medically developed weight loss protocol and smarter lifestyle choices education offers dieters what they really want, a structured program that can put an end to constant dieting. Your personal weight loss coach will empower you with the knowledge you’ll need to develop better eating habits and make smarter choices after the program ends.
Ideal Protein uses a 4 phase diet to help you lose weight. We believe in educating our dieters so they learn how food affects their body. Each day you’ll get a short educational video to watch during your weight loss phase and each week you will meet with a weight loss coach. Not only will you lose weight and inches, but your muscles will be preserved giving you a better change at maintaining your new healthy weight.
Once you’ve achieved your hard-won goal of becoming the ideal version of you, your long term success becomes our biggest priority.
The final stage of the Ideal Protein Protocol is maintenance. In maintenance, we teach you how many calories, carbs, protein and fats to consume each day in order to maintain your new weight. For a minimum of a year, you will continue to check in with your weight loss coach and we have many resources available to you throughout this stage.
