WEIGHT LOSS- Phase 1
In Phase 1 (of 3), optimize fat loss through nutritional ketosis and preserve lean body mass through an adequate daily intake of high biological protein. Essential nutrients are provided through daily supplements, water and low-glycemic vegetables.
MAINTENANCE - Phase 3
Once you’ve achieved your hard-won goal of becoming the ideal version of you, your long term success becomes our biggest priority.
The third phase of the Ideal Protein Protocol is maintenance. In maintenance, we teach you how many servings of carbs, protein and fats to consume each day in order to maintain your new weight. For a minimum of a year, you will continue to check in with your weight loss coach and we have many resources available to you throughout this stage.
